White, creamy discharge

Today I have the white, creamy discharge that you get on toward the end of your cycle, maybe a week before the period comes. Does this mean I'm not pregnant, or would this discharge come anyway?

    Not that I know from experience, but I hear it would come anyway; often more copiously.
